EQUIPMENT & SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS

For training you will need a VOIP headset.
For Working/Servicing you will need a AGPtek Call Center Dialpad Headset or comparable phone system.
You will need basic land line phone with no features. You will need this before the end of the training course or nesting (Live Calls).
You will have to contact your local service provider.
